For this meetup we're joining up with vim-ed which is another Vim meetup group here in SF.

Tickets can be found here on their meetup group. It will be hosted in the thoughtbot SF office at 85 2nd St.

Cool! I would like to propose a plugin free Vim meetup! I think it would be really cool to discuss some basics (such as text objects and motions, like Keith mentioned) without getting carried away with all of the wonderful Vim plugins out there.
