scrollbind - scroll all your windows together!
This helped me diff some log files that are almost the same except for their dates. vimdiff would've claimed every line was different - not helpful.
You should go read the helpfile, but since you won't, I'll tell you how to use it.
:set scrollbind in each window that you want to be linked, and then just start scrolling! It seems to use absolute line numbers, ignoring where your cursor was when you called the command.
See also: scrolloff - the number of lines to show when you turn over a page. You might start with 3 lines and go from there.
