Hi guys,
as you may know, the vimperator is not compatible with FF44.
Are there any plans/workaround to this tool running again?

Yes, we're aware of the issue (https://github.com/vimperator/vimperator-labs/issues/352) and it should be fixed in master. I'll work on making a release tonight assuming that everything is ok.
