Missing sign name

Thanks again for VimOrganizer!

I have the following error when I try to start the agenda dash (comma a g a)

I can't picture how that would be happening.  What version of Vim are you running?  Also, what output do you get from the Vim command:

        :sign list

Thanks for your fast reply. I'm using vim 7.4.459.

I get the following output

sign piet text=>>

sign fbegin text=>

sign fend text=<

sign marked text=>  linehl=Org_Marked

sign Signature_T text=T  texthl=Exception

sign Signature_Dummy

Now I have a same trouble with Khoi.
In my case, it shows

sign GitGutterDummy

sign piet text=>>
sign fbegin text=>
sign fend text=<
sign marked text=> linehl=Org_Marked
