Android port for Vimium Chrome.

Hi , 

I have long been a fan of Vimium and find myself handicapped without it. Unfortunately, I also extensively use my Pixel C(Android) for online browsing. From what I was able to find out, while there are similar extensions/addons for android/iOS chrome, they do not offer the flexibility or usablility of Vimium. Frankly, they are so handicapped, I am ashamed to even compare them to Vimium. 

So my question is:

1. Any there any suitable android alternatives for Vimium in Chrome that I have missed ?

2. Is there a plan for such a port in the near future?

3. Hypothetically should I start thinking of creating such a port, what would be my major concerns ? Have any of you given any thought to this?

As far as I know, Chrome for Android doesn't support extensions.  Perhaps if we ever managed to port Vimium to Firefox there might be a way...
