在我这里，插入模式下的方向键被映射为A，B，C,D这样四个大写字母，怎么回事儿？
请看附件录制的屏幕。
步骤是：
vim
i
ctrl-_
按四个方向键。

不进入中文输入法的话（不按ctrl-_)，就没有问题。

这是个已知问题。

因为作者本人似乎只使用 Windows gVim，而在 Windows gVim 下面无此问题。所以暂
时没有人解决。

这个问题在终端下面的 vim 一直存在。（即便是在 Windows下使用 cygwin 终端也仍
然存在）。
