READ! VimeoDroid suspended from Play

A couple days ago, I received an email from a user telling me that he couldn't find the app in the Play store anymore, and then I went to search for it.  Sure enough, I did not find it. I then went to log in to my account and then see a big red exclamation mark with the word "Suspended" next to it (shown below).

Without any notice or warning about it, Google just suspended it. I haven't tried contacting Google about it yet, but the only reason that I could possibly think of is the use of the "V" from the Vimeo logo, and having their name in my app, but I chose to use their name so that my app could be searched for and you could easily tell what the app was for.  

I will attempt to contact Google and find out why it was suspended and see what I can do to have it reactivated.

I received a very generic response from Google that didn't explain why my app was suspended.  I reviewed Vimeo's terms of service and don't think I was in violation of their terms.  I am allowed to use their name and logo for my app according to  http://vimeo.com/apiterms 

Vimeo hereby grants You a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Vimeo Marks for the purpose of publicly displaying and distributing Your Application and allowing End Users to use it. 

I'm going to review Google's terms of service and ensure that I comply with it and then redeploy the app.
