Hello all,
When setting up Vim for Clojure development, I came across several blog
posts that recommended using fireplace.vim alongside vim-clojure-static.
However, I noticed that tpope recommends using his own vim-salve with
fireplace.vim and makes no mention of vim-clojure-static.
It seems (to me, someone with very little experience with Clojure) that
both plugins do the same job. Furthermore, vim-salve's latest commit
was in November of 2019, while vim-clojure-static's was in October of
2017. While I know that this isn't a great metric of a project's
viability, and that either or both could very well be considered
"finished," none of the blog posts I referenced were particularly
recent, and I couldn't help but wonder if they hadn't taken the
apparently newer vim-salve into account.
Which one should I install? Should I use both? Thanks in advance.
