Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their construction team. We are looking for an individual who values a true family culture and can contribute to our core values of Safety, Integrity, Trust, and Excellence.

Position Overview:

The Project Manager will report to the VP of Operations or Senior Project Manager as directed. The role involves project coordination and management to ensure projects are completed safely, professionally, within budget and schedule, and with fair profit margins. The Project Manager will also oversee or supervise project activities and perform other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform project coordination duties.
· Manage projects to ensure they are completed safely, professionally, within budget and schedule            guidelines, and at a fair profit.
· Oversee or supervise project activities.
· Take on a leadership role within projects and the company.
· Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Knowledge of all phases of construction.
· Proficiency in scheduling complex projects.
· Ability to identify changes and discrepancies in plans and schedules.
· Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide projects and teams effectively.
· Capability to present information clearly and understandably.

Education & Experience:

· B.S. in Construction, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
· 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a minimum of [insert specific number] years in project management.
