Suggestion for :help mbyte-keymap

Friendly Suggestion:

In the text for

:help mbyte-keymap

mention the following possibilities (for the left "input" column)

<C-c> i.e. Control-c
<S-c> Shift-c (not really needed for letter, of course)
<A-c> Alt-c

e.g. this kind of mapping is possible:

<C-x> <char-0x03C7> " voiceless uvular fricative

Also, indicate what to do when the Alt mappings like <A-x> don't seem to work.
All kinds of people seem to have trouble getting Alt to work in such mappings.

How about this (below keymap-accents):

The first column can also be in |<>| form:
<C-c> Ctrl-C
<A-c> Alt-c
<A-C> Alt-C
Note that the Alt mappings may not work, depending on your keyboard and
terminal.
