[vim/vim] runtime(iar): More support for IAR compiler (PR #21360)

- Error message can start from long word or the path to the file can be long; in both of these cases the message will be moved to the next line:
"/tmp/test_test_test_test_test_test_test_test_test.c",3 Error[Pe077]:
this declaration has no storage class or type specifier
To handle this errorformat will consider leading space as part of the error message.

Some of the messages have
[note]:prefix. -
When messages come one after another,
%Zis required to separate them.
