patch 9.1.2093: heap-use-after-free when wiping buffer in TabClosedPre
Problem: heap-use-after-free when wiping buffer in TabClosedPre.
Solution: Check window_layout_locked() when closing window(s) in another
tabpage (zeertzjq).
