Anyone building with OLD_DIGRAPHS?

There is a compile-time option to use the old digraphs, instead of
"modern" ones. And old means really old, they are from Vim 5.x.

I suspect that nobody builds Vim that way. If nobody objects I'll
remove the dead code.

No response, thus I'll remove OLD_DIGRAPHS.

Looking into that, I notice there also is HPUX_DIGRAPHS.
I suspect it is unused.
So, same question: is anybody using HPUX_DIGRAPHS?

Actually, I do not see any reason to keep HPUX_DIGRAPHS. They don't
make sense to me. Perhaps this was for some strange character set.

Let me remove both. If someone has a problem with this, let's hear it.
