[vim/vim] Bug in runtime Tex typestting script (Issue #20242)

Steps to reproduce

1. edit a Tex-flavoured file, e.g. vim --clean file.tex
2. :filetype plugin on
3. Run the appropiate Tex engine with the command provided by the ft-plugin. For example, if &ft == context run :ConTeXt
4. E1144: Command "lcd" is not followed by whitespace

Expected behaviour

Not error
