[vim/vim] gVim with GTK3, "gdk-frame-clock: layout continuously requested" (Issue #9885)

Steps to reproduce
- Install WSL2 in window11
- Install gvim through "sudo apt install vim-gtk3"
Expected behaviour
When I resize a gVim window, gtk-warning messages are printed on terminal.
Version of Vim
8.1
Environment
OS:Ubuntu 20.04
Terminal: on WSL2(window 11)
Shell: tcsh
Logs and stack traces

The latest version(8.2.xx) also has same issue.
Even I build vim through git-codes with gtk3, same issue.(but gtk2 is okay)
