[vim/vim] runtime(zathurarc): update syntax file (PR #20733)

This PR updates the zathurarc syntax file to match the options of the master branch of zathura. Note that not all of the added options are new. Some were missing in the old syntax file.

4 options are removed:

highlight-transparency
sandbox
window-icon
window-icon-document

17 options are added:

highlighter-modifier
jumplist-size
nohlsearch
open-first-page
open-link-confirm
page-mode
recolor-adjust-lightness
scrollbar-bg
scrollbar-fg
selection-keep-highlight
show-signature-information
signature-error-color
signature-success-color
signature-warning-color
single-page-mode
synctex-edit-modifier
word-separator
