updated German translations

Bram,
attached is a patch to update the german translations.

While looking at the translations, I also noticed missing tags for the
error messages E221 and E172

Also, the check.vim script didn't like me re-ordering the output of the
date and complained about different number of % signs. I added a comment
no-c-format at line 3595 so it does not complain about it. But I guess
the script should be better fixed. I had a quick look, but didn't find
out the problem.

They are in eval.txt.

adding no-c-format is the right solution.

Indeed. And I even grepped the runtime/doc directory :(. Sorry for that.
