[vim/vim] TypeScript syntax highlighting is going to wrong in case `import { type` syntax (Issue #11652)

Steps to reproduce

1. `vim -u NONE Test.ts
2. Write import { type Foo } from './foo' at top
3. :syntax on

Expected behaviour

TypeScript syntax highlighting is not broken.

Version of Vim

version 9.0.985

Environment

Operating System: Windows11 WSL2
Terminal: wsltty

Logs and stack traces
