[vim/vim] translation(sv): Fix typo and help.svx formatting (PR #19321)

Fix two issues from the feedback on PR #18849:
Changes
1. Typo fix (line 240)
paranteser → parenteser
Found by @oljemark in oljemark@846f936
2. Fix h j k l navigation block width
The navigation help block at the top of help.svx was too wide. Shortened the Swedish text to fit proper column width:
Before:
k
Flytta runt: Använd markörtangenterna, eller "h" för att gå vänster, h l
"j" för att gå neråt, "k" för att gå uppåt, "l" för höger. j
After:
k
Flytta runt: Använd markörknapparna, eller "h" vänster, h l
"j" ner, "k" upp, "l" höger. j
