Updated user manual for Vim9 script

I spent some time updating the introduction of Vim script to use Vim9
script. You can find it with ":help usr_41".

Please fetch the latest version and check it out. I know that most
readers here would be experienced Vim users, while this help file is
amied at beginners. But you might spot something that is hard to
understand or even wrong.

This is also a test for whether the changes that Vim9 introduces makes
it easier to write Vim script. Let me know if something doesn't make
sense.
