[vim/vim] Unable to use Python3 for Vim (Issue #19408)

hi,

i am not able to use Python3 with Vim v9.2.0, v9.1.2148 and v9.1.1872 but i can get it to work with Python2.7. Is anyone else having the same problem ? I enable the feature on configure but was not able to see it enable on the Vim feature/version.
