Recent surge of activity

Hi all,

Just a brief note to say a big thank you to Bram and everyone else who
has been contributing, particularly in the last couple of months.

In particular I'd like to highlight that Vim now has:

* full support for delta calculation as buffers change
* the very promising beginnings of popup window support

Both of these will, I think, be instrumental in helping Vim establish
itself as a serious LSP-client editor.

There are various folks working on LSP(-esque) plugins out there which
is great. I very much hope these projects can work together to
establish Vim "norms" when it comes to UI/UX conventions.
