[vim/vim] Sort features in :version (PR #20717)

Problem: Features in :version are not sorted.

Solution: Sort features case-insensitively.

I noticed that +image was placed after +sodium.
After checking everything, I found a few other items where the order was incorrect, so I fixed those as well.
