[vim/vim] vim prevents from exiting when you rename file in netrw (Issue #19972)

lesorubshayan created an issue (vim/vim#19972)

Steps to reproduce

open some folder in vim(netrw)
press R on cursor on somefile
enter some new name and press enter
try to exit vim(:qa)

Expected behaviour

vim exits

Version of Vim

9.1

Environment

windows gvim 9.1
