[vim/vim] terminal window: update status line when cursor moves (Issue #21174)

rendcrx created an issue (vim/vim#21174)

In terminal windows, cursor movement does not update the status line; it only updates when entering Terminal-Normal mode. This is inconsistent. Could we update the status line along with cursor movement in the terminal window? Thanks.
