[vim/vim] Fix grammatical error in Russian tutor file (PR #20450)

This patch fixes a typo in the Russian vimtutor translation.

Before:
"Часть текста в этой строке бесследно пропало."
After:
"Часть текста в этой строке бесследно пропала."

The change corrects the grammatical agreement between the subject "часть" and the verb.
