Problem: MS-Windows: rendering artifacts with DirectX renderer
Solution: Enable ETO_CLIPPED for DirectWrite rendering in
gui_mch_draw_string() to ensure glyphs stay within their
cell boundaries (Yasuhiro Matsumoto).
