[vim/vim] use bash for suspend tests on Solaris (PR #20569)

Test_suspend() and Test_suspend_autocmd() wait for a shell prompt that ends in either $ or #. On Solaris /bin/sh does not provide the prompt expected by this test. Use /bin/bash with --norc there, so the prompt used by the test is separate from any shell startup configuration the user might have set up.
