vim crashing - help needed

Have two monitors and just instaled UltraMon 3.3.4 Beta.
Any info on this behavior?

This version is quite old. Please check if the problem still occurs with
the newest Vim version. Either compile it by yourself or try the
precompiled Windows binaries from http://cream.sourceforge.net/

If the error is still there please be more specific about what you tried
to do with Vim and check if the problem is really related to UltraMon.

Definitly related to UltraMon. When I disable UltraMon vim works.
I little thing - When I open vim and move my vim window on my
secondary monitor first :tabnew
always move my vim window to my main monitor, every other :tabnew
don't. Any info on that behavior?
