Expected behaviour
The cursor can be shown correctly.
Version of Vim
9.2.260
Environment
MS-Windows
Windows Terminal.

However, in msys2's version of vim in Windows Terminal works well, so that I am sure this can be solved in Vim.

- vim --clean
- and you can find things above.

mao-yining left a comment (vim/vim#19850)@mattn Oh I found that is because I am using 'Inconsolata Nerd Font Mono'. And other fonts won't cause this problem.
