[vim/vim] Whlie autocomplete with preinsert. preinsert contents will accidently become true text. (Issue #19329)

Steps to reproduce

start vim --clean -c "se ft=vim completeopt=preinsert autocomplete complete^=o"
Then type ise <C-R><C-P>="res"<CR> now in buffer. there is se resall

Expected behaviour

se res in buffer
