[vim/vim] GTK4: Remove native print dialog (PR #20640)

The native GTK4 print dialog does not use the mch_print_* API as said at the top of hardcopy.c. Remove the code for it for now, because it does not support printoptions or printdevice.

In the future support for native GTK print dialogs can be added (like Windows), but I think this should be removed for now
