[PATCH] Czech menu translation

Hi folks,

I tried to contact maintainer of Czech menu translation via e-mail
from the files, But
mailbox no longer exists on that freemail.


So I'm sending it directly and taking over maintaining of that as the
original maintainer is not reachable and don't update files for long time.

That's fine with me. But the attached tar archive is corrupted...

I can open the file with Total Commander.
Corrupt download?

Thanks, now I can open it.

Can you please remove those $Revision style tags? Removing the dollar
and aligning the text after the colon looks much better.

I usually put the modeline to the end of the file, so that it doesn't
interfere with reading the header.

Please keep the original author as previous maintainer. Dropping a name
is not nice.

I rather have the full file than a patch, it makes the chance for
mistakes a bit smaller.
