[vim/vim] Gvim 9.2 installer detected as trojan on Win11 Windows Defender (Issue #19405)

Steps to reproduce

Download gvim_9.2.0000_x64.exe from the downloads page and wait for Windows Defender to output a notification.

Expected behaviour

I expected it to install as normal.

Environment

Windows 11 Pro 26200.7840
