[vim/vim] Is it possible to disable pango lib when compiling gvim? (Issue #20943)

Hi, Sir:
After patch 9.2.0898， I can't compile gvim in rocky 8 because pango-devel in rocky 8 is 1.42.3 which is too old to support this patch. Is it possible to pango lib when compiling gvim?
