A note from Chris

Hi Vim users and developers,

this is a quick note, that I will be on vacation starting June 24th for
about 2 weeks. During that time I will only have limited time to work on
Vim. I'll also encourage the other maintainers to merge outstanding
patches, runtime files, documentation or translation updates as they see
fit.
