[vim/vim] Fix :set pumopt command-line completion. (PR #20910)

Problem: Incorrect completion of values of pumopt sub-options.
Solution: Offer completions relevant to the specific pumopt sub‑option being completed. (Previously sub-option names were considered as possible completions for sub-option values.)
