[vim/vim] :argdelete with pattern leads to wrong argidx() (PR #20697)

Problem: :argdelete with pattern leads to wrong argidx().
Solution: Correct argidx() in both branches of ex_argdelete(). Also use
ARGCOUNT macro in two more places.
