[vim/vim] Termdebug does not work properly in GUI (Issue #20345)

64-bitman created an issue (vim/vim#20345)

Steps to reproduce

1. Open GVim
2. Run termdebug
3. Go to source line and run :Break
4. There should be no sign at all, if there is no file added, then an error message won't be displayed.

Expected behaviour

Sign and error messages should appear

Version of Vim

9.2.544

Environment

Operating system: Arch Linux, Wayland, GTK4 GUI
