[vim/vim] A correction to the docs (Issue #14846)

Steps to reproduce

Since the comment.vim package uses the 'commentstring' value, that fact should probably be reflected in the docs, specifically, the sentence Currently only used to add markers for folding, see |fold-marker| at help: 'commentstring' should be changed.
