Is that the "normal" way to build haskell code? I am just wondering, because I am trying to avoid our runtime folder to become a dumping ground and the github repo has just 1.7k stars, so I really have to wonder if this is really that useful? Any haskell users here? ping @ribru17

cabal it's not a github project that will disappear tomorrow, it's basically the (modern) official way to build haskell projects.
