[vim/vim] patch 9.2.1162: Swedish messages need updating (PR #21417)

Updates src/po/sv.po from the current message catalog and completes the Swedish translations for the new and changed messages.

This resolves the outdated Swedish catalog reported in #10172. The update adds 59 newly introduced or changed active strings, corrects 19 existing Swedish translations, and leaves 3,122 active messages translated with no fuzzy or empty entries.

Validation:

• msgfmt --check --statistics -o /tmp/vim-sv-final.mo src/po/sv.po
• vim -Nu NONE -n -es -S check.vim sv.po
• msgcmp --use-fuzzy src/po/sv.po src/po/vim.pot
• l10n-lint (0 errors)
• svlang skrivregler
• gitleaks detect --no-git --source src/po/sv.po --no-banner --redact
