add a PREVENTING LOADING section to runtime/doc/pi_getscript.txt, explaining how users can disable both the plugin and autoload portions of getscript.vim by setting g:loaded_getscript and g:loaded_getscriptPlugin in their .vimrc.

Thanks, but I would think setting :let g:loaded_getscriptPlugin = 1 is enough, no?
