[vim/vim] Incomplete Kconfig syntax highlighting (Issue #15306)

Steps to reproduce

If I open a large file (such as https://raw.githubusercontent.com/zephyrproject-rtos/zephyr/eaa903d8526f680bbe3eed4eee636b8280582cbd/Kconfig.zephyr) and jump to the end with G, there is no syntax highlighting.

Syntax highlighting breaks after a jump if there is a help block earlier in the file that isn't visible.

Expected behaviour

Entire Kconfig file is correctly highlighted
