[vim/vim] findfunc can't use extended pmenu (Issue #20155)

Custom commands can use -customlist and provide additional information to the popup menu.
Command :find usesfindfunc that can only return list of strings so there is no way to extend file information presented in popup menu, e.g. add kind, or info with brief file descriptions.
Describe the solution you'd like
Allow findfunc to accept functions that return list<dict<any>> list of dictionaries as per :h :command-completion-custom.
