Problem: deepcopy() of a list or dict that holds a null list, tuple or
dict drops items, and getscriptinfo() with "sid" leaves out
"variables" and "functions" for a script with such a variable.
Solution: Let item_copy() fail only when copying a list, tuple or dict
          that is not null fails.

Test_deepcopy_null_item() checks that deepcopy() of a dict and of a list holding a null dict, list and tuple gives an equal copy, in legacy Vim script and Vim9 script. Test_getscriptinfo_null_var() checks "variables" and "functions" of getscriptinfo() for a Vim9 script with a null_dict script variable next to another one.
