No warnings in Normal and bigger.

I suspect this might be a result of the #ifdef move in patch 8.1.1569.
For example in Tiny:

gcc -c -I. -Iproto -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -O2 -fno-strength-reduce -Wall
-D_REENTRANT -U_FORTIFY_SOURCE -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=1 -o
objects/screen.o screen.c
screen.c: In function ‘win_line’:
screen.c:3257:10: warning: unused variable ‘filler_todo’ [-Wunused-variable]
int filler_todo = 0; /* nr of filler lines still to do + 1 */
^~~~~~~~~~~
screen.c:3256:10: warning: unused variable ‘filler_lines’ [-Wunused-variable]
int filler_lines = 0; /* nr of filler lines to be drawn */
^~~~~~~~~~~~

Best regards,
Tony.

Should be fixed by 8.1.1572
