Syntax highlighting for APKBUILD files

Hi all,
I've sent an email to Bram about handling the APKBUILD file type as used by
Alpine Linux packaging scripts by vim but I haven't heard back -
CONTRIBUTING.md says to send an email to this list then.

Essentially it would be good to have "APKBUILD"[1] mentioned in filetype.vim
everywhere where Arch Linux PKGBUILD is mentioned to have vim correctly
highlight APKBUILD files.

Hi Bram,

The Alpine Linux APKBUILD files (similar to Arch Linux PKGBUILD files) are
actually shell script and deserve to be highlighted as such by vim :)
Should I submit a PR on GitHub for that change or are you going to change this
yourself? The CONTRIBUTING.md document says to email the maintainer directly.
