[vim/vim] vim9 syntax: variables with `s_` prefix are wrongly highlighted (Issue #20250)

habamax created an issue (vim/vim#20250)

Steps to reproduce

vim9script

s_hello = "world"
n_hello = "another"

Expected behaviour

Prefix s_ in vim9 variables shouldn't be highlighted as substitute command.
