gx089 left a comment (vim/vim#21201)It seems that this change is just a placebo on my side. Strange... I had the feeling that it fixed gcc when the correct ft jsonc was set.
I’ll take a closer look at the jsonc files specifically if I can reproduce the issue again in the future.
